You pick a paid plan and approve the charge inside Shopify admin. Shopify doesn't bill you for the first 14 days — if you uninstall or drop to Free before day 14, you pay zero. After that, you're on that plan's monthly fee until you change it.
Shopify, not us, and only on paid plans. Stockpost charges go on your normal Shopify invoice alongside your theme, your other apps, and your Shopify Plus fee if you have one. We never see your card number. The Free plan takes no card at all.
No. Each plan has a monthly ingest cap (50 / 500 / 5,000 / unlimited). Inside the cap there's no metering — run as many rows as you like. Hit the cap and we stop processing new ingests until next month or you upgrade.
One inbound supplier file processed end-to-end (email received, parsed, rows matched to your catalog, metafields updated). Rejected or unknown-sender emails don't count. A supplier sending you one file per day is ~30 ingests a month.
One subscription per store at the list price. If you run three or more stores, reach out — volume pricing gets you a meaningful per-store discount and, optionally, a single invoice across every store instead of one per Shopify account.
Yes. Cancel a paid plan and you drop back to Free — 1 supplier, 50 ingests a month, forever. Your existing product metafields stay on your products; they live in Shopify, not in our database.
Shopify's Billing API bills in USD regardless of the store's country, then Shopify converts to the merchant's currency at their FX rate. We quote USD so the number on this page is the number on your invoice.
Shopify handles tax on our behalf. The listing price is exclusive of tax; Shopify adds the right amount based on your store's country.
We honour statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent regimes. Beyond that, there's a Free tier and a 14-day trial on paid plans precisely so you don't need a refund — try it before you pay. If something we did is genuinely broken, email us and we'll make it right.
